Today, we are going to practice categorization and analysis of an argument by reading the response Professor Stanley Fish wrote to the vehement outcry many made when he made his argument that students are not entitled to 1st amendment rights in the classroom (specifically freedom of speech).

After you have read through his archived post, I want you then to compare and contrast the qualities of his argument to the argumentative forms brought up in Chapter 9. The goal here is to both recognize what elements of these arguments he is raising, how he differs, and then respond to his argument with your own response and reasoning.
